В Superteniski.com each t-shirt is unique and made especially for you. Our process ensures that you receive a high quality, freshly printed product.

Production and Delivery Times

  1. Lead Time (Production): The production time for your custom t-shirt is 3 (three) working days, as of the date of confirmation of payment received by bank transfer.
  2. Delivery time (Courier): Once the t-shirt is made, it is handed over to the courier company, which takes extra 1 to 2 working days.
  3. General Term: Please note that the total time to receive your order is between 4 and 5 working days upon receipt of payment.

Personalized Inquiries

If you would like to change the color of the t-shirt, a specific size, or other additional customization (e.g. adding a name, specific lettering, font choice, etc.), please contact us before you place your order.

Return and Cancellation Policy

This is the most sensitive part and we must refer to Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and its exception for personalised goods.

Features of Custom Products

According to Art. 57, par. 3 of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), the consumer has no right to withdraw from a contract for delivery of goods, made to individual order of the user or according to his individual requirements.

Since all products on superteniski.com are Customized - You choose the size, colour of the t-shirt, design and/or lettering that is printed especially for you - we do not accept returns or exchanges of products already made and delivered.

T-shirts made to your request/desire cannot be sold to another customer as they only meet your specific, individual requirements.

Right to Claim (In case of Defect)

Despite the above, if you find manufacturing defect or error in execution, that is superteniski.com's fault (e.g. we sent you a different size or color than you ordered, wrong design or defective printing), you have the full right to claim.

In the event of receipt of a product from Speedy courier company with damaged integrity of the packaging, damage to the product and / or others caused by transportation, a claim will be approved ONLY in the event of confirmation by the courier and the courier company of the fact that the damage occurred as a result of transportation and the fault of the shipper. If such a situation occurs, please contact a representative of the superteniski.com online store immediately and refuse to accept the shipment from an employee of the forwarding company.

Complaint Procedure:

  1. Contact us at super@superteniski.com within 48 hours from receipt of the shipment by sending us photos of the defect or error.
  2. After reviewing the claim, we will arrange for the product to be replaced with a new, correctly executed item at our expense.

Important!

Art. 57, par. 57 57 (3) of the Consumer Protection Act. can't exercise the right of withdrawal under Article 50 [right of return within 14 days] for contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's individual order or in accordance with his individual requirements.“
