PAYMENT

General information

At Superteniski.com, we work entirely with customized products that are made especially for you after order confirmation. Because of this specificity, all orders require payment in advance of 100% of the value.

Payment methods

The only accepted payment method in the Superteniski.com e-shop is Bank transfer (by bank transfer).

Important: We do NOT work with „Cash on Delivery“ or other payment methods after receipt of the shipment.

How to pay by bank transfer?

Once you have completed all the fields related to the delivery, to finalize your order, you need to enter your bank details in the relevant fields: card number; expiry date; security code and press the „Complete Order“ button. You will then automatically receive Order confirmation to the email address you have provided, which will contain all the necessary details for your order. 

In the case of an order placed by email, Superteniski.com issues an invoice to the individual/legal entity.

Your order will be submitted for production only after we receive confirmation of payment in our bank account.

Payment of Delivery

Please note that the courier service (delivery) fee is also paid Pre together with the value of the product(s). The total transfer amount includes both the price of the t-shirts and the shipping cost.
