GENERAL CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/h2>

I. Introductory Provisions<\/strong><\/p>

Art. 1. (Scope)<\/strong> These General Terms and Conditions govern the relations between ABC Smart Ltd, BG202338860, with registered office at. Sofia, Sofia, BGN 287883, Sofia, BGN 287883, Sofia. 232, owner of the e-shop superteniski.com, hereinafter referred to as for short \u201eSeller.\u201c<\/strong>, and any person who uses the services of the e-shop superteniski.com<\/strong>, hereinafter referred to as \u201eUser\u201c<\/strong>.<\/p>

Art. 2. (Consent)<\/strong> The use of the e-shop, as well as placing an order, means that the User has read, understood and unconditionally agreed to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Payment Methods.<\/p>

Art. 3. (Subject matter of the contract)<\/strong> The Seller provides the User with the opportunity to purchase Customized<\/strong> goods (t-shirts and bags) remotely, by submitting an electronic order and making payment in advance.<\/p>

Article 4 (Nature of products)<\/strong> All products offered at superteniski.com are made to individual order<\/strong> the User (which includes selecting a design from the e-store, selecting a t-shirt color, selecting a t-shirt size, selecting variations between women's, men's and children's t-shirts), which is directly relevant to the return and exchange policy described in Section VI.<\/p>

II. Contract procedure and purchase steps<\/strong><\/p>

The distance selling contract shall be deemed to be concluded from the moment when the Seller receives full payment<\/strong> to your bank account, which includes the selected t-shirt\/bag plus courier service. The order process includes the following mandatory steps:<\/p>

Art. 5. (Product selection)<\/strong><\/p>

  1. Step 1:<\/strong> Select an item from the categories: Men's T-shirts<\/strong>, Women's T-shirts<\/strong>, Children's T-shirts<\/strong> and\/or Bags<\/strong>.<\/li>
  2. Step 2:<\/strong> Choice of size<\/strong> on the item. It is recommended that the User reacquaint himself with The size table<\/strong> on the website. Size guide<\/strong> is located under the \u201eAdd to Cart\u201c button when we are in a subpage of a selected product.<\/li>
  3. Step 3:<\/strong> Choice of color<\/strong> of the item (if applicable). Currently available colors White<\/strong> \u0438 Black<\/strong>. Seller reserves the right to restrict color selection if the design is not suitable for a particular color (e.g. light design for black color only). If the customer wishes to have a different colour t-shirt (other than black and white), a request must be made to the here<\/a>.<\/li>
  4. Step 4: Select a number using the \u201e+\u201c button\u201c<\/strong><\/li>
  5. Step 5:<\/strong> Add the selected product to Cart<\/strong> via the \u201eAdd to Cart\u201c button.<\/li><\/ol>

    Art. 6. (Review and Finalization)<\/strong><\/p>

    1. Step 6:<\/strong> View Cart<\/strong> for a final check of all selected parameters (size, color, design, quantity).<\/li>
    2. Step 7:<\/strong> Click on the \u201eFinalize Order\u201c button.<\/li>
    3. Step 8:<\/strong> Delivery Details.<\/strong> The user fills in the required fields with accurate and up-to-date data (Name, Address, Phone, Email) and selects method of delivery<\/strong> (superteniski.com works with Speedy courier company).<\/li><\/ol>

      Art. 7. (Payment and Consent)<\/strong><\/p>

      1. Step 9:<\/strong> The user switches to Payment by bank transfer<\/strong>. The final amount that the user pays is the selected item + the price for delivery, which is generated automatically through the integration with the delivery system of the courier company Speedy. To ensure the security of banking transactions, the Seller uses Stripe<\/strong> as a payment system. Superteniski.com does not store bank details<\/strong>; all data is processed directly by Stripe, which guarantees complete protection.<\/li>
      2. Step 10:<\/strong> User mandatory<\/strong> declares that it has read and agrees with General conditions<\/strong>, Privacy Policy<\/strong> \u0438 Payment methods<\/strong>, by ticking the appropriate box.<\/li>
      3. Step 11:<\/strong> The order is completed with a button \u201eComplete Order\u201c<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>

        Art. 8. (Execution of the contract)<\/strong> The Order shall be deemed to be accepted for performance only upon receipt of the full value of the Products and the cost of delivery into the Seller's bank account.<\/p>

        III. Prices, Payment and Terms<\/strong><\/p>

        Art. 9. (Prices)<\/strong> All prices listed on the website are in Bulgarian lev (BGN) and euro (EUR) and are final. The cost of delivery is added to the final amount and is payable Pre<\/strong>.<\/p>

        Art. 10. (Method of Payment)<\/strong> The only accepted payment method is Bank transfer (by bank transfer)<\/strong>. Orders are not fulfilled without prior payment and orders are not sent by courier with cash on delivery.<\/p>

        Art. 11. (Time limits)<\/strong> The terms of manufacture and delivery are as follows:<\/p>

        1. Time limit for Making<\/strong>: 3 (three) working days after receipt of payment.<\/li>
        2. Time limit for Delivery<\/strong>: 1 to 2 working days after courier delivery (depending on the location.<\/li><\/ol>

          IV. Delivery<\/strong><\/p>

          Art. 12. (Courier)<\/strong> Deliveries are made by Speedy courier company to the address or office of the courier specified by the User.<\/p>

          Art. 13. (Risk)<\/strong> The risk of damage or loss of the goods passes to the User from the moment of delivery of the goods to the courier.<\/p>

          V. Cancellation of Contract and Claims<\/strong><\/p>

          Art. 14. (Cancellation of Contract)<\/strong><\/p>

          1. According to Art. 57, par. 3 of the CPA, the User no right<\/strong> to withdraw from the contract because the purchased goods are made on his individual order<\/strong> and according to its specific requirements (size, colour, design).<\/li>
          2. Manufactured items are not returnable or exchangeable.<\/li><\/ol>

            Art. 15. (Complaints)<\/strong><\/p>

            1. Complaints are accepted only in the case of manufacturing defect<\/strong> or error in execution<\/strong> Seller's fault (e.g. wrong size, color or design other than ordered).<\/li>
            2. The complaint shall be submitted to super@superteniski.com<\/strong> within 48 hours<\/strong> from receipt of the shipment, accompanied by a photo and order number.<\/li><\/ol>

              VI. Final Provisions<\/strong><\/p>
